Sedona, Arizona is a spiritual place. The air smells different; the dirt seems to be alive and vibrate with energy. After I got my Nikon, Sedona was the first travel photography trip that I took, and the guts of that landscape remains a huge inspiration to me. I'm swallowed by the sweeping vistas, but even more, it's the little details that suck me in every time. Sometimes the most interesting perspectives are right under your nose, and that's the basis for this hybrid photo sketch of twisted trees and grasses.
